This is a petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 18.12.2024 passed in CWP-34105-2024. 2.

A speaking order dated 10.03.2025 has been filed by learned State counsel, which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place. A copy thereof has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the compliance report, the present petition is disposed off. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
