The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India with a prayer for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release the service benefits i.e. Pensionary, Gratuity, Retiral Benefits, ex-gratia amount, leave encashment, provisional pension etc along with interest on the delayed payment from the date of retirement i.e. 30.04.2025 till its realization. 2.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to file afresh with better particulars.
