Through this writ petition, the petitioners pray for issuance of directions to the respondents to release the remaining payment due towards them with 12% interest on it. The petitioners claim that they were engaged as Videographers on payment of ₹4,500/- per day. On 28.08.2020, the following order was passed:- "Heard through video conferencing.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for time to place on record document to indicate that the respondents had agreed to pay the petitioners @ ₹ 4,500/- per day. At the request, adjourned to 07.10.2020".

Thereafter, the case was taken up on 07.10.2020 as well as on 25.11.2020, however, the required document was not placed on record. Yesterday, a new counsel entered appearance for the petitioners and prayed for time. Hence, the case was adjourned for today. Civil Writ Petition No. 13019 of 2020 Ms. Ridhi Sachdeva, Advocate, submits that she needs further time to get the necessary document through an application under the Right to Information Act, 2005. This being the situation, the writ petition, filed by the petitioners, cannot be kept pending till eternity, waiting for the required document.
