Prayer in this petition is for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents for not complying the order dated 18.10.2024 (Annexure P-1) passed the a Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWP No. 27898 of 2024 titled as "Dr. Shardindu Sharma versus The State of Punjab and others".

Inter alia submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that vide order dated 18.10.2024 (Annexure P-1), directions have been issued to the respondents to decide the legal notice dated 20.08.2024 filed by the petitioner within a period of 08 weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order by passing a speaking order. Learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions from Sangat Singh, Clerk, Government Ayurvedic College, Patiala submits that the said directions have been complied with and a speaking order dated 26.03.2025 has been duly passed by the competent authority. A copy of the said order is handed over in Court and taken on record; & a copy is also given to learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the above, he does not press the present contempt petition. 5.
