The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 09.03.2026 (P-11), passed by respondent No.1, whereby the claim of the similarly situated candidates including the present petitioner for issuance of appointment letters, despite recommendations dated 03.07.2025 (P-7) made by respondent No.2, as per their rank/merit position in the select list in the respective categories against the unfilled vacancies available with the Department due to non-joining of the candidates initially selected, has been rejected. Further, seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing respondent No.1 to issue appointment letter to the petitioner against the post of Revenue Patwari, in view of the recommendations dated 03.07.

2025 (P-7) made by respondent No.2, as per her rank/merit position in the select list in SC (R&O) Categories against the unfilled vacancies available with the Department due to non-joining of the VINOD KOTHIYAL 2026.04.

CWP-12288-2026 -2candidates initially selected with all consequential benefits notionally with her batchmates appointed in the same selection process. 2.

After arguing the case for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to first approach the competent authority for redressal of her grievances.
