This is a petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for violation of the order dated 18.12.2024 passed in CWP-34389-2024. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent has filed a compliance report by way of affidavit of Niraj, IAS, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Hisar alongwith a speaking order dated 15.05.2025 (Annexure R-1) and copy of RTGS/PFMS dated 21.05.2025 (Annexure R-2), which is taken on record.
