ARUN MONGA, J.(ORAL) The petitioners have approached under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing Advertisement dated 18.08.2020 (Annexure P-4), vide which the respondents wants to replace contractual employees with another set of contractual employees. Further prayer has been made to allow the petitioners to continue working on his post till regular selection is made. 2.

Learned State counsel, at the very outset, submits that she has filed a report wherein it is stated that the petitioners are still working on their present posts and they have and will not been replaced by another contractual set of employees.
