The petitioner is seeking regular bail in case FIR No.262 dated 05.12.2019 registered under Section 21 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 at P.S.Shahkot, District Jalandhar Rural.

Custody certificate dated 18.03.2021 has been filed by the State. Same is taken on record. A copy thereof, has been supplied to the counsel for the petitioner.
