Prayer in the present petition is for directing the respondents to regularise the service of the petitioner for the post of Library Attendant (Class-IV). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner faced with the fact that a demand ought to have been raised as a pre-requisite to seeking a writ of mandamus, wishes to withdraw the instant petition to enable him to file a representation, which he prays may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn. In case petitioner submits a representation within a period of 4 weeks, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously, in accordance with law.
