Present petition for quashing of criminal complaint bearing No. 1115 dated 29.09.2017 titled as "Satvinder Kaur v. Manpreet Kaur" filed under Sections 138 & 142 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and summoning order dated 29.09.2017 (Annexure P2) and notice of accusation dated 27.08.2018 (Annexure P3).
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the complaint is liable to be quashed as the same is based upon totally incorrect facts. Present petition is not maintainable at this stage because petitioner has remedy available under law to file revision petition before the Court of Sessions as well and without exhausting that remedy, she has approached this Court without any justified reason.
