(ORAL) After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action with better particulars by giving the details as to what are the pay-scale which the petitioner was getting on the date of his retirement by attaching the pension payment order to project that his pension was not fixed on the revised pay-scale as revised w.e.f. 01.01.2006.
