HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) Prayer in the present Writ Petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 96(2) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 viz. Order IX Rule 13 is for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 10.12.2018, passed by learned Court of HLS-cum-Assistant Labour Commissioner (Annexure P-1) in Application No.12 of APW Act, 2018.
