In paragraph 15 of the peƟƟon, the peƟƟoner has menƟoned that two other FIRs are pending against the peƟƟoner. However, based on instrucƟons from the invesƟgator, State counsel submits that the peƟƟoner has involvement in five more case. Copy of the instrucƟons has been supplied to counsel for the peƟƟoner. 2.

At this stage, counsel for the peƟƟoner wants to withdraw the present peƟƟon with liberty to file fresh peƟƟon on the same power of aƩorney. 3.

Given above, the present peƟƟon stands disposed of having been withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. All pending miscellaneous applicaƟons, if any, stand disposed of.
