Prayer in the instant petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of directions to conclude the enquiry initiated by respondent No. 1 in terms of order dated 28.12.2018 (Annexure P-10) and also to set aside the result dated 23.04.2013 (Anneuxre P-7) qua respondents No. 5 to 7.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that enquiry report has been furnished to the petitioner after filing of the present petition hence, the present petition may kindly be allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh one on the same cause of action so as to impugne the said enquiry report.
