(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of a direction to respondent No. 4, not to interfere in legal process entertaining application on behalf of respondent No. 6, who is an absconder, for setting up a fresh Medical Board, after 1 year and 5 months of assault on the aged petitioner.
At the outset, learned State counsel submits that the instant petition has rendered infructuous, in view filing of final report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. and framing of charges against the accused. Even part statement of one prosecution witness has also been recorded, thereafter. Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
