Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.34 dated 01.02.2025, registered under Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station City Kharar, District S.A.S.Nagar (Mohali).

By virtue of order dated 30.04.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and fully cooperated with the same and thus, the interim order may kindly be made absolute. 4.

Status report filed by way of an affidavit of Jatinder Singh Chauhan, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Investigation, District SAS Nagar, is taken on record.

Learned State counsel, on instructions ASI Gurpartap Singh, has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation.
