SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This petition is for seeking protection of life and liberty of petitioners, who alleged to have married against the wishes of respondents No. 5 to 13, parents and relatives of petitioner No.1. Learned counsel for the petitioners has limited her prayer for taking appropriate action in accordance with law on the representation dated 21.02.2017 (Annexure P-6) made by the petitioners. It has been stated that both the petitioners are major. The date of birth of petitioner No.1-Sultana alias Soni is 01.09.1994 as per affidavit dated 20.2.2017 (Annexure P-1) and that of petitioner No.2-Vikas is 27.02.1995 as per affidavit dated 20.2.2017 (Annexure P-2). They got married on 21.02.2017. Photographs of marriage are Annexure P-4.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and without expressing any opinion on the validity of marriage of petitioners, this petition is disposed of with direction to Deepak Kumar 2017.02.23 17:24 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
