**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) Vide order dated 07.07.2022, this Court had granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had joined the investigation and he had complied with the order dated 07.07.2022. This fact has not been disputed by the learned State counsel on the instructions from ASI Anil Kumar.

Given the nature of allegations, no pre-trial incarceration is required. Without commenting on the case's merits and the circumstances peculiar to this case, the petitioner makes a case for release on bail.

Given above, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 07.07.2022 is made absolute.
