Perusal of the file shows that on the previous three dates also, the petitioner had gone un-represented. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the petitioner or his counsel is no more interested in pursuing the instant revision.

Resultantly, this revision is dismissed for want of prosecution. A copy of this order be sent to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhiwani, who shall issue warrants of arrest against the petitioner to undergo remaining part of the sentence.
