State of Punjab .............Respondent CORAM: HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE JASWANT SINGH Present:- Mr.Rajesh Narang,Advocate for the petitioner Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Present revision has been filed by the accused petitioner in FIR No.197 dated 17.8.2014 under Sections 15/61/85 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substancs Act,1985, challenging the order dated 21.4.2015 passed by the Special Court, Fazilka whereby application of the petitioner for bail under Section 167(2) Cr.PC has been dismissed on the ground that the period of 180 days stood extended.

At the time of hearing learned counsel states that the present revision petition has become infructuous since the petitioner has now been granted bail on the expiry of extended period granted earlier under Section 167(2) Cr.PC.

In view of the above, present revision petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
