(ORAL) The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 21 dated 19.09.2019 registered under Sections 406 and 420 IPC at Police Station Industrial Area, Bhiwani.

Learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Parveen Kumar, submits that in pursuance of orders dated 23.06.2022 and 16.08.2022, the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above facts, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the orders dated 23.06.2022 and 16.08.2022, granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
