Counsel for the petitioner submits that from bare perusal of the allegations as levelled in the FIR, no offence against the petitioner is made out. The petitioner is in custody since 07.04.2022. Investigation is complete as the report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. already stands presented and the charges stand framed. He further submits that the regular bail filed by the petitioner before the Courts below was rejected without application of mind so much so factually wrong findings have been recorded to the POOJA SHARMA 2022.12.08 18:11 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

effect that on the date of FIR, the petitioner was dismissed from the service and was taking innocent persons to deserted road to snatch the amount from them. He contends that on the said date i.e. prior to the alleged occurrence the petitioner was well in service and was put in suspension only thereafter on the same day.
