(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner intends to approach the higher authorities for the redressal of his grievance by filing the representation qua the grievance that similarly situated employees have already been given the same benefit as being claimed the petitioner through the present petition, hence, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty as prayed herein above.
