Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondent No.6 not to harass and humiliate the petitioner without there being any case registered against him. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended legal notice (Annexure P1) was got issued by the petitioner on 19.10.2018, but still no action has been taken and the respondents are harassing him without there being any case registered against him.
