(Oral) The petitioners are working since last 2 to 4 years on the post of Extension Lecturer, as per details mentioned in para No. 2 of the petition and are seeking direction that they be allowed to continue to work till the regularly selected candidates join and if workload is available, they should be allowed to continue and be relieved on the principle of 'last come first go' basis. Notice of motion.

Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to allow the petitioners to work till regular appointments are made and the petitioners shall not be replaced on the basis of transfer of regular employee. However, it is further made clear that if some new regular candidate joins, the petitioners can be relieved, as per Menka and others V/s.
