Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the phone which was illegally confiscated by respondent No.7 has since been returned to him after investigation, however no action against the said respondent has been taken with regard to which, he shall file a representation, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner. 2.
Learned counsel for the respondents-UOI has no objection to the limited prayer made and states that in case a representation is filed within 4 weeks, the same shall be decided expeditiously in accordance with law. 3.
The aforesaid satisfies the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.
