Grievance of the petitioner is that his technical bid was rejected without assigning any reason. He submitted representation with District Food and Supplies Controller (respondent no. 3 herein) on 19.08.2020. However, no action has been taken thereon.

We dispose off the writ petition with the direction that District Food and Supplies Controller shall consider the representation made by the petitioner and take a decision thereon at the earliest in any case not later than two weeks. However, after the order passed by District Food and Supplies Controller, petitioner shall be at liberty to avail the remedy of appeal, if any.
