RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.135 dated 19.10.2013 registered under Sections 323, 325, 506, 148, 149 and 201 IPC, at Police Station Nangal, District Roopnagar and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 16.01.2017 (Annexure P-3) arrived at between the parties. Pursuant to order dated 28.11.2018 of this Court, the parties appeared before the trial Court on 03.01.2019 to get their statements recorded. Learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Camp Court, Sri Anandpur Sahib, has submitted his report vide letter bearing No.8 dated 03.01.2019 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Ludhiana, vide Endst. No.304 dated 04.01.2019.

-2CRM-M-52423 of 2018 Class, Camp Court, Sri Anandpur Sahib, is satisfied that compromise entered into between the parties is genuine and the same is voluntary, without any undue influence, pressure and coercion from any side. Petitioner was declared proclaimed offender in the FIR in question.
Considering the report of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Camp Court, Sri Anandpur Sahib, dated 03.01.2019 and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony in relations between the parties, aforesaid FIR No.135 dated 19.10.2013 and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, are quashed qua petitioner, subject to payment of costs of `15,000/-, out of which `12,000/- shall be deposited with the Poor Patients' Welfare Fund of the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh and `3,000/- with the Bar Association, Punjab and Haryana High Court, within one week from today, failing which this petition shall be deemed to be dismissed. Disposed of accordingly.
List on 12.02.2019, for production of receipt with regard to deposit of aforesaid costs.
