NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of impugned order dated 18.08.2018 (Annexure P-2) passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jalandhar in CIS Case No. CRR 366-2017 whereby the revision petition filed by the petitioner against the order dated 24.05.2017 (Annexure P-1) passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jalandhar in case No. MNT 300/2015 granting total interim maintenance of Rs.16,000/-p.m. (Rs.8,000/-p.m. to respondent No. 1 and Rs. 4,000/- p.m. each to respondents No. 2 and 3), has been wrongly dismissed.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such.
