******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner confines the relief in this petition only to the extent that as and when the petitioner requires treatment as per opinion of Medical Board, he may be taken to Rajendra Hospital, Patiala.

In view of submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to Superintendent, District Jail, Sangrur to take opinion of doctor as and when so required. If for treatment he is referred to be taken to Rajendra Hospital and same is not available at Civil Hospital, Sangrur, needful be done.
