HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.39 dated 04.08.2022, registered under Sections 379-B, 34 IPC, at Police Station Mattewal, District Amritsar. Status report by way of an affidavit dated 01.09.2023 of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub-Division Majitha, Amritsar (Rural), filed on behalf of the respondent-State, in the Court, is taken on record. Copy thereof has been supplied to the learned counsel opposite. It is a case in which, after registration of two FIRs and being on bail in the said FIRs, the petitioner has committed another offence of similar nature, for which the present FIR was lodged. At this stage and after arguing for at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.
