(Oral) Counsel for the petitioners, at the very outset, restricts his argument to the extent that the petitioners will surrender before the trial Court and apply for regular bail and he further pray that the trial Court be directed to decide the application seeking regular bail to the petitioners, expeditiously.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioners surrenders before the trial Court within a period of 01 week from today, their regular bail application be decided expeditiously within a period of 02 days from the date of its filing.
