**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to release the arrears of pay fixation done vide order dated 08.06.2020 (Annexure P-4). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of his grievances, the petitioner has served a legal notice dated 14.11.2022 (Annexure P-7), but the same has not been decided till date. He confines his argument to the extent that the respondents be directed to decide the said legal notice in a time bound manner. Notice of motion.
