(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing proclamation proceedings, order dated 18.03.2013 (Annexure P-1) issuing bailable warrants of arrest, order dated 11.04.2013 (Annexure P-2) order dated 25.01.2014 (Annexure P-3) directing the issuance of proclamation as well as impugned order dated 08.05.2014 (Annexure P-4) of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jalandhar in case FIR No.173 dated 04.12.2010 registered under Sections 307, 452, 427, 506, 148, 149 IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act at Police Station Division No.2, District Jalandhar, whereby petitioner has been declared proclaimed offender.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced copy of order dated 15.10.2018 of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jalandhar, to RAVINDER SINGH 2018.11.27 11:45 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document submit that in compliance of order dated 09.10.2018 petitioner has
