Mr. PS Ahluwalia, Advocate, for the petitioners Mr. Manish Jain, APP, UT Chandigarh Mr. Zorawar Singh Chauhan, Advocate, for the complainant Fateh Deep Singh, J. (Oral) Learned State Counsel, on instructions from Inspector Balwinder Singh, PS Sector-19, Chandigarh submits that the petitioners have since joined the investigation and are no longer required for further investigation and nothing is to be recovered from them and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute. In the light of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 29.11.2018 is made absolute till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioners will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court. The petitioners shall abide by the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
