Virk, Senior DAG, Haryana --- SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 & 3 to conduct fair and impartial investigation in FIR No.328 dated 16.4.2024 under Sections 406 and 420 IPC, registered at Police Station Karnal Sadar, District Karnal (Annexure P-1), while considering the version of the petitioners referred vide representation dated 23.4.2024 (Annexure P-2). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he will be satisfied in case a direction be issued to respondent No.3 to look into the representation dated 23.4.2024 (Annexure P-2), within a time bound manner.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-Superintendent of Police, Karnal, to look into the representation dated 23.4.2024 (Annexure P-2) and decide the same in Ashwani Kumar 2024.06.03 13:15 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

The Investigating Agency is directed to conduct the investigation in fair and impartial manner as has been prayed by learned counsel for the petitioner.
