On 22.05.2024 the case was adjourned on the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners. Today none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners despite the matter being called twice. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the present petition. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution.
