The petitioners have filed the instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to make the payment of arrears along with consequential benefits with interest @ 18% per annum to the petitioners.

After arguing the case for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file fresh one on the same cause of action with better particulars by attaching all the necessary documents relating to the petitioners. 3.
