(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner illegally under the garb of auction proceedings and further not to dispossess the petitioner from the land forcibly. Perusal of the paperbook would indicate that petitioner has preferred a civil suit which is pending before the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Patiala (Annexure P-4) dated 21.06.2021. The present writ petition is not maintainable especially in the light of the stand of the petitioner that he has already filed a civil suit for the same cause of action and similar relief which is being sought in the present writ petition.
