Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for seeking quashing of FIR No. 1 dated 1.1.2016, registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 & 120-B IPC at Police Station City NRI, Hoshiarpur. Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that civil matter has already been decided; the challan has been presented and the matter is fixed for arguments for framing of charge on 8.8.2017. Learned counsel submits that she be allowed to withdraw the present petition with the liberty to take all the pleas before the learned trial Court at the time of framing of charge.
