**** KULDIP SINGH, J. (ORAL) Petitioners are aggrieved by the order dated 29.03.2019 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Gurdaspur, affirming the order dated 02.02.2018 (Annexure P-6) passed by learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.) Gurdaspur whereby an application filed under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 CPC by the plaintiff/respondents was allowed. The present petitioners/defendants were restrained from dispossessing or causing any sort of interference in the peaceful possession and enjoyment of plaintiffs over the suit land and from demolishing and removing the room of tube-well, bore, electric motor, and switch starter in any manner in the suit land.

Heard.

After going through both the impugned orders, this Court is of the view that the findings of fact have been recorded. Injunction has been granted till the disposal of the suit. The order was passed by Civil Judge (Jr. Divm.) about one year and three moths back and suit is at an advanced stage of disposal. No ground for interference in the concurrent findings of the two Courts below is made out. Dismissed.
