For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. The criminal writ petition is restored to its original number and the same is taken up for hearing today itself. CRWP No.91 of 2016 The petitioner has filed this criminal writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that the direction or writ or any appropriate order may be issued to respondents to send the reminder to the District Magistrate Shamli (UP) to send the police report for the release of convict under Section 3(1) (c) of The Haryana Good Conduct Prisoners (Temporary Release) Act, 2015, subject to VINEET GULATI 2016.04.22 15:53 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CRWP No.91 of 2016 -2the satisfaction of District Magistrate Shamli (UP). Learned counsel for the petitioner only argued that direction be given to the official respondents to send the reminder. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case, the respondents No.1 and 2 are directed to send the reminder to District Magistrate, Shamli, U.P., to send the police report for the purpose of release of convict-petitioner, subject to satisfaction of the District Magistrate Shamli, U.P., as per law. The reminder be sent within a period of one month from receiving the certified copy of this order.

With the above-said observations, the present petition is disposed of.
