Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.2 - Superintendent of Police, Mini Secretariat, Sector 12, Karnal, is directed to look into representation dated 08.08.2018 (Annexure P-5) moved by the petitioner, in a timebound manner. The matter in dispute between the parties seems to be of civil nature, but under the garb of instant petition, the petitioner wants to give the colour of criminal nature. However, in the interest of justice, respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Mini Secretariat, Sector 12, SONIKA 2018.11.29 12:52 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
