RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner in case FIR No. 72 dated 26.07.2015, registered under Sections 302, 148 and 149 IPC at Police Station Ghonam, District Gurdaspur.

On instructions from HC Kuldeep Singh, learned State counsel submits that pursuant to the directions of this Court dated 28.11.2018, the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court and released on interim bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 28.11.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
