(Oral) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is inter alia for issuing directions to the official respondents No.1 to 3 to get investigated the case FIR No. 24, dated 18.02.2021, registered under Sections 365, 34 of IPC (added later on Sections 376-D, 377, 379-A, 506 of IPC & Section 25 of the Arms Act), lodged at Police Station Bichhor, District Nuh, through some other independent agency or by any senior police officer. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite FIR having been registered way back on 18th February, 2021, the investigating agency has been sitting over the matter and has failed to initiate any steps/action against the accused/respondents No.4 to 6, who have been roaming around freely. Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Ms. Gaganpreet Kaur, AAG, Haryana, who is appearing through video conferencing, accepts notice and on instructions from LSI Reshma, apprised the Court that the cancellation report has been prepared in the FIR in question and the same is likely to be filed before the Court concerned in due course of time.

In view of the statement made by the learned State counsel in Court, no ground is made out to issue any directions as sought for. Petition stands dismissed accordingly.
