Learned counsel for respondent No.2, on instructions from Mr. Sunil Kumar, Managing Director, Haryana Tourism Corporation Limited, submits that impugned order dated 25.04.2025 is being withdrawn, therefore, this writ petition is rendered infructuous. However, he submits that liberty be given to respondent No.2 to take a decision afresh after affording an opportunity of hearing to the writ petitioner.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous with liberty as aforementioned.
