Learned State counsel refers to the reply dated 23.10.2019 filed by Director General Health Services Haryana and states that as per the same, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such, the relevant para thereof reads thus:- "4. That in reply to the contents of para No. 4 of application, it is respectfully submitted here that the Government vide substituted office order dated 07.09.2006 has granted the same benefit (towards pension and advance increments) to petitioner which was granted to Ex. Captain J.S. Bishnoi and Ex. Captain V.S. Narwal on which petitioner has relied in the present writ petition. Preliminary submissions are reiterated here." 3.
