(Oral) The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside order dated 27.02.2025 (Annexure P-12) passed by learned Financial Commissioner (Appeals), Punjab. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the present writ petition, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
