(Oral) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a direction to the respondents to grant minimum of pay scale meant for the post of regular Assistant Professors, to the petitioner, who is working as Assistant Professor on contract basis in the University.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the respondents. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent No.3 is directed to decide the pending representation, dated 14.11.2024, Annexure P-21, in a specified period. 3.

Notice of motion.

Ms. Tanushree Gupta, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondents no.1 & 2/State; Mr. Anuj Dewan, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of respondents no.3 to 6/University. He submits that the petitioner's representation, dated 14.11.2024, is pending with the University, and the same will be decided by Vice-Chancellor, Dada Lakhmi PAYAL 2025.05.19 09:15 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
