    This is an application filed by the wife with a prayer to transfer the proceedings of the petition filed under Section 11 and 12 or in the alternative Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, bearing No.HMA29-2019, titled as "Vishal Joshi vs. Jyotika Sharma" pending in the Family Court, Amritsar, to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Phagwara. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the respondent is already defending the proceedings in a complaint filed under Section 125 Cr.P.C. at Phagwara. She claims that her mother has died and her father is 50% disabled.

It is also alleged that the distance between Amritsar and Phagwara is 105 kms.

The petition filed under Section 11 and 12 or in the alternative Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, bearing No.HMA-29-2019,
